All sliced now. No cooked pix — it doesn’t stay on a plate long enough to be photographed!
Espresso-Maple was the winner. Sriracha-Gochujang-Chile-Garlic also was good, but the flavors didn’t shine thru as much. That was a surprise tbh.
Definitely going to be doing this on the reg. So easy, so much fun, so delicious. And I’ve made some mods to the venting system on the mailbox, so I need to test out the new system!
