St Louis Ribs Last Meal Rib Recipe

Salt Brined for 2 hrs prior to applying Memphis Rib Rub. Trader Joe’s KC Sauce.
225 for 6 hrs. Cherry wood for smoke.
Only gripe is the meat was a bit mushy. I did not wrap.

Thanks everyone. I am still wondering why the texture of the rib was mushy but perhaps I cooked them a little too long.
