I hate to admit it, but I bought about 5 things during Amazoid's "Prime Day(ze)".  Got a bunch of emails from them, saying two things would be delivered, Thursday, then a bunch of emails from them saying two things would be delivered Friday, then a couple emails from The Men In The Brown Shorts™, saying a package would be delivered on Friday.
Its still Thursday, and I got a package delivered.  It had one thing in it.
I poked and prodded at all my collected emails to see what the original "two items" were, and nothing.
The whole Intranetz/Amazoid/UPS/credit card/door bell camera/"Hey Jeff I'm a car thief"/what?/What?/WHAT?/Brown Shorts™ thing is kinda neat, to this old fogey, but still is missing some obvious (to me) information.

I told my wife buying a Taco at Burger King is going to be a mistake. Guess who was right?

Totally worth the $1 just for the reaction!

Today after work, had one pkg at the front door, one at the side door, and one in the mailbox.  Got a "how-to" book for the Firestick 4K (looks pretty simple), a few music CDs, and an Amazoid "PaperWhite" reading thingie.  I got an Amazoid "Fire" many years ago (a gift along with my $OMGWTFBBQ roof replacement) which I never really took to; this paperwhite thingie may have been a refined-hydrocarbon-influenced purchase, I have Amazoid Prime so we'll see how it works for me.

We did make up for the Burger King taco.

We stopped at a bbq restaurant this evening. I was expecting low and ended up pleasantly surprised. It wasn't great bbq but better than most for what you can find around Minnesota. The pulled pork was actually really good. Not much for taste and smoke profile but it was really moist and tender. (Typically dried out). The ribs pork quality was nice. It has a nice pull and not fall off the bone. It even had a smoke profile to it. (Not an offset smoke profile but something like the BGE would put out)

I ended up with a brisket, bean, and mac and cheese burrito. Brisket was descent and the burrito was more than edible.

Cut the hell out of my right index finger with the Shun knives last weekend. Bled all over the place. Went to the dock in the box where they superglued me back together. Will be stopping at walgreens for dermaglue later today. Worked well.

Ordered on Wednesday, arrived today. :) Once I have the mill bolted to the stand, and leveled, I'll use that to make sure everything is true. After that, I'll have to install the DRO's (arrived on Wednesday). Hopefully the mill will be fully operational in less than two more weekends.

Making work a little more comfortable!

    Herman Miller Aeron Chair!

I found this used on FB marketplace for $180

Also, I was used to having dual 24" monitors to work on when I was in the office.  For the past 7 months I have been working off my laptop screen.  3D modeling and design on a laptop screen is not the most fun.  I just pulled the trigger on this 27" monitor from Dell.  Waiting impatiently. . .

Curious as you are on the road this entire time, do you just get this stuff delivered at the local post office?

Almost every campground we stay in will receive packages for their guests.  We mostly use Amazon Prime as their deliveries are predictable.  The facebook marketplace finds are mostly local.  We have had items arrive late (we have already left the campground) and there was some work involved with sending the campground a shipping label to forward the packages to us.

Done buying-SRF brisket due to the small (15%) sale now.  Here's a clip from the SRF site:
"Plus, great deals on your favorite cuts! Save 15% on Briskets, use promo code BBQHERO at checkout. Offer valid while supplies last, expires at 11:59 pm CT on 8/04/19."
No affiliation here but I find their briskets to be well-clear the best of the small sample size of their products I have enjoyed.  FWIW-
