Did 4 racks of baby backs for dinner...
Smoked them over Rockwood with cherry, apple, and pecan. No wrap, hit them with 3 coats of sauce.
Mom and the family loved them. Probably the best ribs I’ve done in quite a while.

Da-n. As always, great cook and pics. Glad to see your continued presence here. Definite motivation to lift my game.

Beautiful, love the way you draped the racks over the upper grid. Did you have to rotate the upper and lower racks?canuckland

Great looking ribs Hap. I'll bet they were tasty. Good to see you posting again. Your pictures are always top notch.

Looks great.
How long did you cook those babies? I cooked two baby backs on the weekend too and everyone loved them. I think they were a tad bit dry and fell off the bone.
I cooked at 250 for 5 1/2 hours. I suspect too long.

Love ribs, my absolute favorite meal....Haps looks awesome as always. This was my half sized approach to multiple racks. They came out fabulous. I was really impressed doing that many and having them work out.
I can't compete with Hap's though. His look awesome and the plated picture is, as always, a work of art."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
