Looks wonderful! The "fresh Florida" part sounds especially great. I used to visit my parents on Key Largo, and used to have wonderful fresh fish, especially loved pompano and yellow tail, just very simply cooked -- great stuff. I'm in a coastal state (NC), but far from the coast, and fish is a bit iffy in my stories. Your meal looks wonderful!
