I've never used datil pepper sauce as a cocktail sauce for shrimp - but I will now.

I've never tried A-frame?  Any idea how it compares to this stuff (which is my go-to)?

@Foghorn I'm a huge fan of A-Frame Datil Pepper Sauce...friend's with co-owner and it's a great product made locally in St Augustine.I've tried at least 6 different Datil sauces this is our favorite hands down .

That's good to know.  When I run out of my current supply - or when I'm in St. Augustine later this summer - I'll try some.  

I may have to do a side-by-side taste test on chicken wings at some point.  It will be hard to get me to change from the recipe that won the Salado wing cookoff.
