I was suprised that a cut as thin as chicken tenders could be smoked. It didn't dry out completely as I expected. Cooked it indirect on my XL BGE at 250 degrees with oak chunks. I lost patience after 1.5 hrs and let the temp increase to 350-400 to finish the cook.
