  • Looks delicious.

I make mine using a single serving of your 4th ingredient and some ice.  Will have to try yours, and make some friends to share a batch with.

I use a this recipe using Whiskey or Brand(when doing whiskey I use only 6 oz frozen orange juice).  The only real difference is I cut the original recipe for sugar down to 1/2 cup and I can't tell the difference in taste.  You're right, it's a big crowd pleaser.

I love these ziploc bags for slushies:

Otherwise, I use a "flat" or "shallow" rubber made / Tupperware / gladware container.

If you use enough booze, it stays semi solid and you can spoon it out.

I use empty 750ml Evan Williams bottles. It fills 3 of them exact.

For those of you who’ve never had these, they are 100 percent worth making.  Just don’t plan on driving anywhere when you’re having them.  They’ll knock you on your ass pretty quickly.

How do you get the goodness that is inside the bottle, outside the bottle?

I wouldn't think it would pour.

I think that would be great to do a little pour over the frozen slushie for a small hint of orange whiskey flavor

If you tightly cap the bottle before it goes in the freezer, the bottle will shatter and you can brush off the shards before imbibing.  Problem solved.

May not, actually. There’s enough solute and booze in this stuff that it doesn’t quite freeze.  But, there’s only one way to find out!

True dat.  If I'm drinking beer I'll grab one, and put the next one in the freezer, to chill it down more (helpful for weakass 'murican lagers).  Sometimes its liquid when I open the bottle, but a few crystals will start to form in the neck as soon as its opened.

That’s a friend of theTrim’s, I want to say his name was Geoff.  I’ll never forget that guy, because he told me about how he and all of his friends like to take pictures of their poops and send them to each other.

Question on this. Kroger didn't have frozen lemonade concentrate. Can I use 12oz of fresh lemonade with the same results or will
    it be too diluted?

I’d cut back on the amount of water you add. Mix to your taste.

    Danger, math ahead:

The 12 oz concentrate makes 48 fl oz of lemonade.  So, substitute 12 oz of concentrate and 4.5 cups of water with 48 fl oz of pre-mixed lemonade.

In other words add 48 oz lemonade, and 2.5 cups of water instead of 12 oz concentrate and 7 cups of water.
