Your choice of sandwich buns. I like ciabatta grilled on the Blackstone till crispy. The first mofo that says big buns is banished forever.

    ALDI brioche buns.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

My Beautiful Wife's home made rolls, from potato dough for any sandwich we make. They are the perfect food mop. She will make them after we do a prime rib roast, and dayum! They are awesome.
