First Post, Beef tenderloin
Hey,
This is my first post to the forum, I am cooking a beef tenderloin today, its been marinating in Worcester sauce since 7am. Going to be posting pictures tonight I am excited to share.

Welcome aboard. The two main pitfalls of this cook - for me anyway - are overcooking and oversmoking. I put it on before the smoke was truly clear and turned a good piece of meat into something that tasted like an ashtray.

So I finished the Beef tenderloin. I seared it, took it off of the grill and let it soak back in the worchester sauce until the temp of the grill came down. Through it back on until the internal at the thickest part hit 125 degrees. Took it off, wrapped it and let it sit for 30 mins and VOILA!!XL BGE
