    I still don't really get what they're protesting. Trumps election or unresolved women's issues in general.

    I haven't watched it, but on facebook apparently there are YUGE demonstrations in many, many cities; this is larger than I realized.

    I didn't appreciate that there are concurrent protests in other major cities.  They had to cancel some of the plans in Chicago today  due to the sheer number of people who turned out today- almost an order of magnitude more than they were expecting.
    I've been reading that there are anti-Trump protests in 20 other countries today. I can't recall right offhand the last time there were global protests for an incoming US prez.

    Interesting that most of these liberal women like to quote Margaret Sanger (of Planned Parenthood) who started PP because she was a racist bigot and put most of the PP offices in "low income" neighborhoods.  

    I also find it most interesting that  "people" who are for abortion would be wholly against "child sacrifice" - when in fact, they are truly one and the same.

    (I hear the rumbling of the stampeding buffalo!!!)

    It is shaping up to be the largest inauguration protest in history. Last big one was Nixon. He resigned the next year.

    Too bad the Dems served up the candidate that was likely the only one who could enable this thread to exist and the greater angst to happen.  ABC-all the way to second place and political self-exile.
