You don't think that's an accurate characterization? There were a lot of them who came forward.  There seemed to be a pretty long history of it, I don't know.

As for the pro-life exclusion, my guess is that this group might also be concerned about the potential infringement on reproductive rights as well.  Whereas the pro-life folks are basically hoping Trump follows through on putting more restrictions in place.

Estimates are that there are twice as many people compared to yesterday, just in downtown D.C.

I didn't appreciate that there are concurrent protests in other major cities.  They had to cancel some of the plans in Chicago today  due to the sheer number of people who turned out today- almost an order of magnitude more than they were expecting.
