I believe it's roll-aboard.  refers to the luggage that used to be exclusive to pilots and stewardesses back in the day

i googled "windshield factor" because i thought it might turn up a whole list of similarly malaprop phrases.   nope.

every instance that turned up for "windshield factor" was a usage where someone was using the term unironically.
