Not my best picture. But it was the best chickens I have made so far. Smoked indirect at 350. Used big bob Gibson sauce on it.

Great looking cook and result. Were you able to find the Gibson white sauce locally or order it as I have never seen here.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Used pecan and cherry. I think they took about 2 hours. I wasn't keeping track honestly. Took them off when the breast was between 158 - 170 depending on which breast I probed
@lousubcap Nope, I ordered it online. However, I believe I have seen it at a meat market in this area before.
