@saluki2007 I cooked the fillet that's photo bombing in the left for my wife using peanut oil, then dropped in my steak added some butter and a little left over bourbon like deglazing. The butter/bourbon flamed up nicely. The cast iron was smokin hot! Never closed the dome.
