You're off the rails Matt.  He called him a clown, that was it.
My bad.  The comment came off as insensitive to me.  Don't want to hi-jack a cool thread though.  Sorry about that.

    Hanging fail. They fell.

But a win overall. I still have one bird in the smoker.

Drunk driving hurts everyone. Such a shame.

@Thatgrimguy - I have a barrel cooker that does a great job with hanging chix and turkeys.  I find that getting the hooks under the major wing to body joint ensures they don't fall under their own weight as they cook.  FWIW-

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@SGH has a opinion on they guy let it be..... If he was over the Limit he's a P.O.S , what now we have to be careful what we say about gays, trannys,drunks...insert whatever type or class here...

PC knows no limits.... Please explain how the guy is not an idiot or clown for what he did? Family or not. My dad or brother guess what, I'd call him worse than a clown,

@SGH please create your "participation" seal of approval stamps.... Trouble may be brewing
I already indicated I wasn't going to start anything from Grims awesome thread.

For the record,  the guy simply posted a picture and said look at this clown. That's it! What does that say? To me, it sounds douchey.

I don't want some one drinking or driving either.  I don't and never have. I have my reasoning too.

Go back without knowing the background and see how you think.

Great cook and presentation but I'm confused about how you smoked those raviolis and got them to retain their natural color-jk.  Those ribs and chix look incredible.  You climbed the learning curve in record time.  Best of luck on the circuit.
BTW- I figure your car sales volume will definitely increase just by having that rig smoking away in the lot with or without groceries inside.

Those chickens look awful lonely. You need some lessons from SGH on how to fill up a big unit.

Grim we was so busy that I didn't take a single pic myself. Did anyone get any pics of all the pork once we got it all pulled? That would be great to see.

I haven't seen any. But my forearms are sore after pulling all that pork and chicken!
