    im not blaming god, its just his hand is getting shakey and he is missing with those lightning bolts. =) he was a good business man, just a bad human, christ, during his stint with chapter 11 he cut his pay to zero and was still able to increase his wifes pay tenfold

    The prayer-shaming that's going on is crazy specially with some Dems going to the same mosque Anwar al-Awlaki was Iman to show solidarity. Almost bizarro world.

    I'm kinda joking that blaming god for religious extremism is a cop out (as it's like blaming magic).  People are to blame.  And they are also to blame for soylent green. So now tell me how this is political????

    @YukonRon ... played around with the original data as you suggested, but found it somewhat misleading to choose larger cutoff definitions for a mass shooting.  Let me suggest another approach that kind of caught my attention.  Please excuse the crassness of this approach, but what if we calculated the average fatalities per year per president?  Again, using four fatalities as the definition of a mass killing incident, this is what the data yields for average fatalities per year:

    Reagan ... 13 per year
    Bush Sr ... 24 per year
    Clinton ... 18 per year
    Bush Jr ... 20 per year
    Obama ... 123 per year

    Again, let me suggest that instead of passing more gun laws, simply getting rid of a leader who has used every opportunity to divide the country will reduce both the number of mass shootings and deaths.  Cheers mate.
