    Granted I want a sous vide soon, but I use my Blackstone way more than I would a sous vide.  
    Nothing like searing on the griddle - into the water bath - sear before serving, see you need a sous vide to go with that flattop. 

    Michael - SV is a game changer as you know now two years later.......

    Yes. The SV adds a new dimension to your cooking. The Blackstone is just plain fun.
