@DoubleEgger I suppose it's human nature for all of us to push our own purchases. That said, the Blackstone griddle has been a game changer for me. I use it for more than I thought I would. It does things that none of my other cooking devices could replicate. The sandwiches, the fried rice, and especially the smashburgers are things I wouldn't want to do without.
