Mark's guitar track from Sultans of Swing; you can hear how his fingerpicking allows a lot more rhythmic things going on during his solos, and some chorus pedal in a few spots that I'd never noticed before from the full track.
MK is my favorite guitarist, ever, and this is a good example why!
PS: how do some of you guys get a EweTube video to show as a screen, rather than a link?"First method of estimating the intelligence of a ruler is to look at the men he has around him."

Love Over Gold is actually my favorite, too. I'm a member of an active Home Theater/Audio forum, and every get-together we have I play Private Investigations; it invariably wows everyone and then I tell them its not even the best song on side 1! I tell 'em I didn't play Telegraph Road because it's, what, 17 minutes long, but they usually ask to hear it and we're all agog when it finishes. Telegraph Road is, IMNSHO, the greatest rock record ever made.wbradking said:@Botch the first CD I ever bought was Brothers in Arms. Just a heads up, but on Tuesday there will be a live Phil Lesh show on XM. It's his birthday and he'll have Warren Haynes and a few others with him. Live on the Grateful Dead channel.

I'm not a huge Doors fan, but have been watching When You're Strange on MTV Video (it just replaced Palladia on Dish). Interesting story, and another documentary on how alcohol/drugs can destroy lives."First method of estimating the intelligence of a ruler is to look at the men he has around him."
