Turbo ribs turned into L&S's

So I was trying to make some ribs the Turbo way as so many times described on this forum and since I never had them I thought I give them a try.
Came home from work around 5 and had a rack of BB's in the fridge which I quickly seasoned, fired up the egg, set to 350 and threw the ribs on. After about 1/2 hour the phone rang and I got pulled into work...
2 1/2 hours later I remembered that I had something going on... holy s*** the ribs!!!
Ran out to the egg to find out the temp dropped to about 250, opened the lid and to my surprise the ribs were not burnt at all. I glazed them with some BBQ sauce and pulled them off 15 min. later.
The BEST ribs I had so far, served them with some Bavarian home fries.

Haha! Thanks @SGH, trying to step up my game each time I fire up the the mean machine. Although my fire ring cracked today after only one moth of use, replacement on the way though.
