Thanks @YEMTrey. I feasted on some of the beef ribs again last night. This morning my pee smells smokey.
At first I thought I might need to back off on my intake of smoked meat, then I saw the light and realized I had just finally achieved a therapeutic level.XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

You just ruined whatever I was going to eat for lunch. Thanks. Those beef ribs look insanely good. Takes a while to build up a therapeutic blood level of creosote. Once you're there, stay away from chimney sweeps and anything else that hates PAH's (including mass spectrometers)

@Foghorn- I find myself gravitating back to this post over and over. You really hit a home run with this cook. Solid brother.

Like a moth to a flame...
Seriously, thank you very much.
I don't get to cook as often as I'd like, so when I do I tend to compensate by going overboard. Interestingly, the wings were the biggest hit of all. Before I could get any pics of them on the serving plate, they were gone.XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

Not really a shocker. ^^^^^
Most folks love wings. When done right, wings are one of my favorites.

Thanks! I'm in Indiana and got my Egg right before Thanksgiving. I did grill all winter but it's too cold for most folks to sit around outside. Just now starting to warm up though and plan to try my first brisket soon. Learning a lot around here.Foghorn said:@Eggaroo, welcome aboard. Are you located up north somewhere?
