I spoke with Bruce this morning. He said it's not really a warranty issue but will do what he can to help me out. I'm sending him pics of the egg and some other info and hopefully he'll get back with me asap. I'll let you guys know what he says. I haven't waded through all the posts again to find the pics- but wasn't it only the base and bands that were damaged? It looks like the dome, fire box, fire ring were all in one piece. Perhaps they can offer you a base and bands at a reasonable cost.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
