but that’s what I did today. Honey hog, cherry wood chips, brown sugar butter honey wrapped in butcher paper ran it at 270-250 majority of the time cook time 4.5hrs
Will have baked sweet potatoe and famous Dave’s cornbread muffins glazed with honey butter. Sauce on the table is the next big thing. It’s a really good sauce for anyone who hasn’t tried it or looking for something different than blues hog

Messed around with paella earlier this evening-way short of @SciAggie and his epic outcomes but had a solid soccarat and taste: (15.5 " pan-LBGE).
