Trying to set up the stoker for an overnighter?
Actually trying to figure out why the switch isn't generating SNMP traps on environmental conditions such as fan failures and PSU failures when I think I have it set up correctly. I'm done for tonight, will check in with engineering tomorrow.

I bought a kids cotton candy maker to make cotton candy for the grandkids. Thought I would try it out. I have sat here and made (and ate) over a pound of sugar that I made into cotton candy.

I think what you're really doing is playing with an elephant-anus sized Q-tip.

This weekend I have a small local rib compeition that I'm competing in. I was hoping to bring the Shirley to play around with but I'm a little leery about my snowmobile trailer. I would still need to buy ramps and a winch for it. So I'm thinking I'll just sell the trailer and find something better suited hauling a 1200 pound smoker around. Instead of the big smoker I'm going to be bringing the little smoker I haven't tried selling yet. The Good One smoker. I've only used the smoker one time since restoring it. So I figured I'd better throw some ribs on it again if I'm using it this weekend.

It's one h€ll of a smoker. The couple times I've used this smoker I've been impressed with the results. The flavor profile it creates from being an offset does not disappoint. I'm going to go buy a for sale sign this evening and place it on the smoker during the the comp tomorrow. If I don't unload this this thing sooner than later I could easily see it staying in the stable. That's what I don't want to happen. With all the time into the restoration and now enjoying it I'd be kicking myself for selling it. So I'm trying to fight any attachment to it!

@Dyal_SC - that is some strong work right there.  Dang!
@WeberWho - great looking ribs.  Nailed 'em. With what you have in that smoker, I would be hard pressed to unload it, especially since you have it figured out.  Wherever you land, "remember Satchel Paige, "Don't look back, somethin' might be gainin' on ya."  Good luck.

Brother you should post this in a thread of its own. It's worthy of a second look. Simply awesome brother

In the bath listening to the cricket and drinking damson gin mixed with bitter lemon.  Absolutely no-one needs a picture of that!

Went from a gnarly 1960 faux chimney to a hidden one.  They booted it, and took off just enough not to hinder draft.

Dug out crew lead's $200 Stilletto  $200 titanium hammer from the attic where it fell in.  Trimmed up, all that is left are the snow rails on order.  Midwest Roofing crushed it.
