@Ozzie_Isaac What model Suzuki is that....looks like a naked bike.
I took a 40 minute pleasure ride after work last night because the weather was so perfect. Seems like I've managed to collect a bunch of black vehicles during my midlife crisis. I was never into that color but it's grown on me....

@Hapster I remember when I went to my annual physical when I was 39 and the doc warned me that next year would be the puppet exam. That was the last year I went for an annual physical.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

@mgd_egg it is a bit more complex, sweet and smooth. First time I tried it and love it.

I heard a lot about the new BMW F series, do you like it?
-
@SchwarzenEGGer I love the F800R. It's comfortable, easy to ride and nimble. Also very quiet. And it was cheap used - I bought that 2011 model last year for what the guy owed on it, and it was still under warranty. I'm not so much a fan of German vehicles than of the vehicles themselves. I have a Dodge Ram 1500 truck (across the street)....wait, I think that has Mercedes parts in it.

@nolaegghead I actually moved to the US about 4 years ago and will move back to Germany on June 1st this year.
I'm just happy that German cars are acknowledged here and people tend to like them. We do build some quality ****.
Yeah the Mercedes Sprinter is the same as the Dodge Sprinter, I never knew that until a buddy of mine pointed that out.
As far as the BMW, I have my eyes on a 1200 GS but just can't justify to spend the money. -
@SchwarzenEGGer I do like them. My brother has been a Mercedes/German car mechanic ever since he got out of the Marines back in the early 90s. We lived in Heidelberg from '73 to '80, and I'm part German. SWMBO is on her second X3, and loves them, although I'd like her to look at the Macon next time she's ready to get a new one.
I love the GS series. I really only tool around town on it.

@SchwarzenEGGer I only wish we had more diesel options over here. An A6 Avant with the 3.0L TDI Bi-Turbo would be heaven.

@nolaegghead That's awesome! I'm from Bavaria close to Munich in the bavarian forest. I bet it's fun to cruise around town on the F, I would really like to go places on the GS. Well I'm still young so time will tell.
@Eggcelsior The 3.0 TDI Bi- Turbo is nice but only after 2005, before that they had a lot of problems with the turbo. I found Diesel vehicles are not very common here, in Germany it's probably 50/ 50 Diesel or Gas. -
@SchwarzenEGGer I have an A3 TDI that I love. I'm thinking of an ECU flash and DSG remap for more weeeeeee. I just wish they had a wagon with diesel over here outside of a 3 series.
-
It's very odd, you even have models from VW over here that I never heard of. The Routan for example, in Germany we have a Touran. Makes no sense.
I also noticed that in the US are not many wagons. I believe it's because Americans think of German cars as "sporty" cars and not family vehicles.
Can't wait till I can drive my 1995 Audi Convertible again. I love that thing. -
Riding shotgun cause I'm DRUNK!
"good thing I'm the responsible one"-the wife -
I drive an A6 diesel wagon in Germany for a week. That car was a rocket.
