SRF ribeye cap with sweet potato fries and caprese salad. (That's what she wanted). Fries with big poppas jaleluhea salt. (Again, her fave)
these steaks were off the damn hook! Glad I fed the kids first. They each had a bite and wondered off mumbling about how good the meat was. Was going to be an anniversary meal, but couldn't get rid of the rug rats.

Got a 8.5lb prime sirloin cap off that's gonna be lunch meat. Thinking philly cheese steaks on the stone for dinner tomorrow. Also watched a hot air balloon go down in the neighborhood next to us when I was at the pool tonight. Looks like they were in someone's back yard.
