Need help killing the keg, so arrive whenever you want.
Saturday, will be setting up, and folks will likely will come over for liver stretching prep, and if the weather cooperates, cranking up the fire pit both nights.
Everyone is welcome to the event, there will be plenty.
I plan on doing a brisket and a batch of chicken legs for those who do not want shrimp.
Lot of food, cold beer, and if we are lucky, Robin will bring his iPod. If not, you will have to listen to mine.

Test run on the fire pit. 3.5 ft deep, filled with gravel. Rain washes ashes down, and the water is filtered clean by the carbon.

I'm a new Blackstone owner myself. Do the JB Weld modification to the drip edge. There is a thread here if you search, but basically use the high temp putty form to create a more defined drip point so that it drips into the grease catch and not run along the bottom side of the channelTTC said:Seasoning my new Blackstone.
