Puppy day postponed……vehicle issues in Minnesota at the beginning of the hitch has put him behind at least a day. Kansas, then Dallas, then to us…….can’t win

Working with animal transporters can be super stressful.  Hopefully all goes well.  Waiting is the worst part.

Upsetting part is the super lack of communication. You broke down Tuesday night. You were supposed to be here this morning. I wouldn’t know anything without calling him myself. Ain’t like he’s bringing this pup for free

That's my point.  Why the no communications?  I could go on a rant but will refrain.
BTW- your wife has a special talent right there.

Edit:  Your soon?? to arrive woofer is showing up with baggage he/she/it had no control over.  Deserves maximum slack given the extended transport time.  Make sure to grant the special license to chew/destroy when crossing the threshold.   B)

How much would a flight have cost, I flew my last one from the Dakota's to Boston and that included a crate big enough for training for a few months.

My office is in Minneapolis.  Bad weather today caused all kinds of shut downs.

My nephew charges $6 a mile but his trailer can carry 6 horses. So a buck to 6 bucks a mile a horse.

His issue was vehicle related. He’s on the road again, 36 hours behind. It’s all good, just pick up the damn phone and let the guy know who’s paying you to deliver 2 puppies. One ain’t for me lol

Should have been more clear, the rates I have been paying are ~$1.10/mile/slot.  Last hauler probably had 14 box stalls, they could have been divided if they needed too.

No parking lot here, but I was in a part of town that I had no business being in on my off time. I would have stopped me if I saw someone else doing what I was doing.

We just ended our 7 month stint with a foster boy that is almost 13 years old. Human transport can be worse.  They basically had 45 days to make other arrangements for him. It ended terribly. Basically a white prison van with bars on the windows came to pick him up and put him in a homeless shelter in Detroit. Hours away from our house.

I didn’t say arrested, just stopped. Looked sketchy. After a look of contents being tamales and not meth, it would make sense.

    FYI, I didn’t dislike.

I know I was just cracking a joke.  I hope the tamales are as good as they sound.
