It was tricky to get the knife exit at the matching slot on the opposite side... always knew the grooves on the inside floor are for slicing through, last night I finally realised I could use the grooves in the ceiling (identical tiles top and bottom) to guide the knife tip, duh! And yes, I did RTFM and this tip is missing. May be it's common sense, I dunno
Coincidentally, lamb is on sale at Metro starting today CAD 5.99 per lb ... a leg of lamb is only like $20. I'm going to stock up ... and some will be directed to this.
Also, I found some whole beef tenderloin at Metro last night ... $10/lb ... I bought 3 x over 7 lb pieces ... just as a side, it's an absolute steal, considering it's tenderloin.Napoleon Prestige Pro 665, XL BGE, Lots of time for BBQ! -

I just got back from ACE Hardware. Back in December I ordered and paid for a new lower air intake for my Large. To this date it is still on back order. I also had a 5$ discount off of a 30$ purchase on my email. "How much is that bag of Fogo lump?" " It's $29.99". An unproductive day.

^^^^ What a cluster and getting the ship off the bottom and moved appears to becoming quite a protracted undertaking. Here's a current read:

Wondering out loud how long, when it is open normally, it takes a ship to traverse the length of the Suez Canal.___________

Narrow channel there. Build a couple coffer dams, add some water and straighten out the ship. Remove coffers and away they go. Simple.

The ship would have been under the direction of the Egyptian pilots on board. Haven't seen any official statements from them yet. Will be interesting to see if it was just wind blowing against that huge wall of ship/containers.

Just prepped 8.5 pounds of pork loin for tomorrow. Using the Florida Wet Rub. I divided the loin into 2 pieces for easier marination and more uniform cooking. I would rather have just cooked 4 or 5 pounds but that wasn't what was on sale. I'll slice it up and my folks can freeze some for sandwiches later. It works well for seasoning pinto beans also.

It was full of new cars of many brands. The recovery method, led by Smit, was to slice the whole thing in to manageable chunks for removal. Nine in total weighing 3000 tonnes each. The whole thing blew my mind.Other girls may try to take me away
