@johnmitchell Thanks for asking. He's got some ugly bruises and hemotoma on one of his legs. Came by yesterday for dinner and showed SWMBO (nurse). He'll be fine though. We got the bike working - bent the handlebars back and rode it around. Worked on it last Sunday a bit to put on new handlebars, straighten out the lights.

All were wrapped in my freezer labeled as tail. Well, one of the things is not like the others. I was planning on making oxtail barley soup tomorrow. Not sure if I wan to make the soup with the tongue as well or cook that separate.

Experimenting with some thermonuclear chicken wings. Going to pressure cook them in some liquid crab boil, Frank's hot sauce, butter, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne and MSG for 8 minutes to really drive the heat through and through. They should be pretty darn hot. Going to finish half of them over some 500 degree direct heat with oak and the other half will be finished in the deep fryer in 400 degree peanut oil. This may be a disaster, but oh well.
