Grilled locally-made Chipotle sausage, sorry wintertime tomato, and Chef John's "Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl", which was quick and easy make, delicious, but wow I'm cutting the amount of rice vinegar by 50%; really overpowering.___________"When small men begin to cast big shadows, it means that the sun is about to set."

Still trying to figure out XFL rules. Apparently there were 2 seconds left on the clock and the refs all ran for the exits?
Also curious: everyone's pissed at the Astros for stealing signs for 2 years, and in the XFL all the play calls are broadcast (and the games are either delayed quite a bit or their audio connections suck, lotsa dropouts that may be FCC-flagging language.___________"When small men begin to cast big shadows, it means that the sun is about to set."

LEO will be easier to achieve today.Thank you for doing that.My FIL is going thru some help issues right now (his marrow doesn't seem to want to make hemoglobin, platelets, etc.) He's gone through a few transfusions over the last few days and seems to be doing better. There's still a possibility of some sort of blood cancer which would be pretty not very good.Anyway, we need people like you giving as often as they can to help others out. From one who's needed the help recently...Thank you.Enjoy the LEO ride tonight!=======================================

Can’t believe I slept on raised direct chicken for so long, it’s soooo good!!! These were glazed with store brand garlic parmesan and sweet Asian. Skin is perfect every time never missed the mark with raised direct!

Getting ready to head to the airport. I’ll be out in ABQ this week, working at Sandia.
Will be interesting to see how full my flights are."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike -
@JohnInCarolina Granted it has been five days since I flew to BWI and back but the flights were at what I consider "normal" full (around 80%). Including flights and airport passenger traffic I only saw two people wearing masks.
Playing with the big boy toys I would guess.
Safe travels.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

Got the tractor running, my boy doesnt really "get" electricity yet, but he is 6 so theres that but he helped.
He (with my help) replaced the alternator, load resistor, new battery cables, new battery hold down, and spark plugs. It fired up and he was super stoked!

Just marinated(so?) about 1-1/2lbs of shrimp in Mojo marinade per @CigarCityEgger recent recommendation. I also bought 2lbs of pre Marinaded(sp? For some reason that just doesn’t look right) wings from Sprouts for the first time ever.=======================================

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
