Grilled locally-made Chipotle sausage, sorry wintertime tomato, and Chef John's "Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl", which was quick and easy make, delicious, but wow I'm cutting the amount of rice vinegar by 50%; really overpowering.

Still trying to figure out XFL rules.  Apparently there were 2 seconds left on the clock and the refs all ran for the exits?
Also curious: everyone's pissed at the Astros for stealing signs for 2 years, and in the XFL all the play calls are broadcast (and the games are either delayed quite a bit or their audio connections suck, lotsa dropouts that may be FCC-flagging language.

You can shim it out by drilling a hole through a wine cork and inserting the thermometer

I whacked my new bag open with a machete as usual. Btw it had the largest piece of lump in it that I have ever seen.
I put the cooked beef roast in the fridge then started eating Triscuits and cheese, I would eat 3 and the boxer dog would get one.

Getting ready to head to the airport.  I’ll be out in ABQ this week, working at Sandia.

Will be interesting to see how full my flights are.

@JohnInCarolina Granted it has been five days since I flew to BWI and back but the flights were at what I consider "normal" full (around 80%).  Including flights and airport passenger traffic I only saw two people wearing masks.
Playing with the big boy toys I would guess.
    Safe travels.

Got the tractor running, my boy doesnt really "get" electricity yet, but he is 6 so theres that but he helped.

He (with my help) replaced the alternator, load resistor, new battery cables, new battery hold down, and spark plugs. It fired up and he was super stoked!

Hoping for a year of mowing and general use before I buy a newer one

Just marinated(so?) about 1-1/2lbs of shrimp in Mojo marinade per @CigarCityEgger recent recommendation.  I also bought 2lbs of pre Marinaded(sp? For some reason that just doesn’t look right) wings from Sprouts for the first time ever.
