i usually put the realtor thru so much hell that i invite them over for boating and drinks when its all said and done. my last realtor from 15 years ago still shows up on his boat for a drink from time to time.  dont understand these  cold feet, regrets the hard parts over

Just read Cook's Illustrated recent review of portable outdoor pizza ovens. The Ooni Koda was their pick as the best outdoor pizza oven. Sweet little oven at a great price.

Decades ago I read an article about a guy who kept all his "unopenable" pistachio nuts (no cracks in the shell), for years, and then packaged them up (seventeen cans worth) and sent them back to Planter's, asking for a refund.  They actually sent him a check, but for fewer than 17 cans, as they hadn't been in business that long.  
 
Once you get 20 lbs (or is it 17 lbs now) of rocks collected, maybe you could try the same thing?  That could be amusing, especially if you start a running post about it.

I shake the ash basket out before loading so who knows how many loads of rocks are in there.  They make good lawn food

Wife has conferences tonight, so just me and the kids.  Just some bone in thighs that marinated in soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, onion, some bbq sauce, and a little lime all day cooked indirect on the bge.  Did green beans in a skillet with bacon and garlic which was a surprising hit with my daughter.

Strategizing. Neighbors with the Air B and B received a cease and desist from the city. They appealed and are being granted a hearing. I’m trying to put my emotions aside and put my thoughts on paper. Otherwise i’ll likely be removed from the meeting
