Me, too; I think an update to the forum software did something, I hadn't modified anything.  Lemme see if I can fix it.

EDIT:  I got rid of the bolding, and the font size change, but not the weird spacing.  Also, I notice some other folks have a random two-button "Spoiler/Show" question added to their signature block.  Weird!

With mask and gloves on, I send you this message deep in the heartland of corona-panic.

Never mind, the betting industry rolls on therefore so does football.

Saturday lunchtime - Panic stations have set in and Liverpool are relegation fodder.  Well, they aren’t, but 3 defeats on the spin has offered some unwanted ‘correction’ to their magnificence.  Nonetheless, 3-0 humping of Bournemouth should do the trick.

Proper o’clock;  Arsenal welcome West Ham - the clash of the soulless stadia. Going to be close, but Arsenal really should have enough quality. 2-1 home win.

Palace v Watford - our two nemesis teams back to back.  The filthy seagulls vanquished last week, hopefully the rotten hornets tomorrow.   Low scoring, low quality much likely. 1-0 Palace & safety assured, let’s get the job done for this year lads.

Sheff Utd v Norwich,  a sliding doors season for the promoted pair.  The home side have looked untroubled near the top 6, the visitors play attractive football and lose - mostly.  Same tomorrow, 2-0.

Southampton v Newcastle,  the hosts have stymied but won’t go down, the visitors are eye wateringly awful and teetering unless they get a grip.  Saints get they mojo back, 2-0 home win.

Wolves v Brighton,  lovely - the filthy bin-dippers head face Portugal B team and with any luck get a right hammering.  They ought to. 3-0 the Wolves.

Tea time;  Burnley v Tottenham - Jose is stinking out the place at Spurs.  Burnley have re-awoken and sniff Europe in the air.  They could well win this and could well end up on the Euro Bus.  2-1 home win.

Stoke face another big game in the Championship.  Disappointing to miss out on all 3 last week and adverse results elsewhere did not help.  I reckon they can beat Hull, 2-0.  Come @Eoin think good thoughts.

Sunday lunchtime; Chelsea v Everton - Ancelotti returns and Super Frank has a good record against former bosses.  Odd seasons for both teams.  Everton are in with sniff of the ‘Everton Cup’ (7th place) but need to win this and a few more.  A home win see’s super Frank seriously considering CL football first time out the box - plus a big old spend up in the Summer now the shackles are off.  Anyhoo - goals here 2-2.

Tea time; oooooh - the Manchester derby.  City go to Utd.  Frankly, no-one cares.  City are marooned in 2nd & won’t be in Europe next year - because they have unorthodox counting skills.  Utd don’t know if they are Arthur or Matha, a capitulation and a heroic triumph by Utd are equally likely.  I reckon City will do them this time, though. 1-3.  Just for fun.

Monday night : Leicester  v Villa.  The visitors really, really need 3 points. Leicester lost last week and are the proverbial wonder animals.  A good match likely, but 3-1 as the Foxes ease ahead late on.

There we go gang.  Remember to cough in to your elbow and don’t go on trains!

Other girls may try to take me away
But you know, it's by your side I will stay

Ground turkey stuffed peppers. Had a brown rice/quinoa mix, medium salsa, sautéed onions and garlic innards. Sprinkled in Meat Church Fajita seasoning. First time making them, but turned out great. Topped with provolone the last 15 minutes

Just by chance, do you remember, from a couple years back, a goalie named Trevor Rowe?  He's my nephew.

I don't follow highschool hockey all that closely but I do enjoy watching the tournament.

I looked up your nephew. He sounds like quite the goalie but stuck playing for Waconia. Most of my family lives in Waconia and I believe my cousin is maybe a year younger than him but I'd imagine he might know him as Waconia isn't all that big.

     Get. Out. Show off!

We happen to be on vacation, and our first cook is usually shrimp curry of some sort ( any riff on Thai or Indian). No pics this time, but I'd like to add this in to our custom.

@caliking @JohnInCarolina I melted 1 Tbs butter in a large skillet - throw in garlic, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, juice of 1 lime. Throw in shrimp and cook until almost done. You know that is stupid fast. Remove from skillet.

Throw 3 cups of dried penne pasta in the skillet. Add 1 can of chicken broth, 1 cup heavy cream, and 1 cup of salsa verde. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook about 15 minutes or until pasta is done.

Remove from heat, add some pepper jack cheese, add shrimp back on top. Garnish with cilantro. We added a bit more lime juice at the end.

That sounds incredible. Thanks for sharing so we can give it a go.

@SciAggie: That looks great. Thanks for the recipe. I will admit thinking you used one pound of butter the first time I read it!
