A bit of cullinary education. This is Parmo, speciality of Middlesborough. 2 x chicken breasts fried in breadcrumbs, pepperoni and chilli. Cheese sauce, then special red sauce, then garlic sauce. Plus chips. Alastair's friend Ali from 'boro is visiting and brought him Parmo for his tea.

    Yes please!!  Brilliant.

I hadn't heard of Spam fritters. I'm sure it's getting utilized like that at a state fair somewhere just not around here. We grew up eating it pan fried on white bread with lots of mayo.

Getting ready to go in for a jury summons. This should be interesting.
    They don't want you.
Oddly enough, I was the first seated and last dismissed. Almost made it.

Wow. I would actually like to get seated on a jury but have never made it past the holding room.

I have never had any good fortune in court rooms. Not a place I tend to populate.

It is interesting when your first case is about the death of a police officer. So far the only time in a jury. I was an expert witness many times on eminent domain court though.

I’d make myself sick eating those. I can’t eat raw oysters - but I love them grilled. Fabulous spread right there.

I am so sick of oysters.  I can't wait until tomorrow where this sentiment goes away.
