@YukonRon I just had my first shot at those SRF beef plate ribs and what a banquet. They are incredible and you have to nail a brisket cook to achieve the texture and flavor waiting for you at the close of this cook. Congrats.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

He started it in 2008 and was/is on the cutting edge of player development using data and analytics. He can and should change the direction of the whole organization. Part of the the farm system for the Reds, is here in Louisville, and it is, at best, very weak.

Been nursing a hangover all day today. Came from working yesterday and found my old faithful friend lying on the back porch. He decided to move on to a different place, He will be sorely missed. Cooking won't be the same. RIP Lucky Duke!
