@bgebrent Agreed. Have a couple left over petite 4-packs from xmas eve dinner with extended family. They were bogo on Black Friday. Figured I'd try to have a healthy portioned dinner one night this week.

I bought some of those gold petite filets on a Bogo. 4oz is decent because the meat is so rich.

Is that eye of round?  For whatever reason I think that's the only cut of beef I've never tried to cook.

Yes.  The "Tai" in "Pho Tai". I basically dip it in the broth raw like fondue.  You leave it in and it cooks to well done in under a minute.

Also use for jerky, but will cut thicker.

Eye of the round. You can also use it for roast beef if sliced really thin, although not the best choice for that either. 
The best use I have found for it has been for Bresola.

One of my buddy's from our IT dept dropped by my office and showed me a picture of an XL 400 Primo his neighbor wants to give him. Wanted to know if he should take it.

if  you need the lobster plates with the lobster eating directions, then yes, bibs are acceptable.

I have a big commercial German food slicer but I need to service it, the slide is stuck.  Believe me I would have used that before hand slicing.  I have a cheap slicer and it's damn near worthless for frozen meat.
