    Thawed some pulled pork. Bout to make some sorta Tostito cup appetizer with it. Not sure what yet. Whatever we have in the house I guess.

    First pizza on the Weber. Not enough planning here so Publix dough ran at 450 till it looked good. This was the kids dinner daughter said cheese only but I snuck in adobo, granulated garlic, oregano, and some Parmesan. Wife and I finished what they didn’t. The XL AR fits perfect in the Weber.

    Bundling up.  It's 22º F and dropping fast (expecting single digits tonight) and now 55 mph winds, on the news they're talking about stopping the semitruck traffic on the Interstates, and banning the NYE fireworks in Davis County south of me (the mormons love their fireworks!)  
    Since I retired from being a part-time musician (14 years ago) and quit dating (8 years ago) NYE's just don't mean much to me anymore, they just wake me up with fireworks at midnight (but not tonight!)  
    Stay safe, and warm, tonight folks!
