Thanks. The weather had been crappy all day. Torrential rains raised the lake level a foot and a half since yesterday. Perfect timing with the small break in the clouds at sunset. That’s an unedited pic with my I phone 7 plus too. It was stunning to watch the fog change color.
Great picture, seriously.  You should call it "At night, the zebra mussels come for your soul".    Or alternatively, "Bill".
Don’t even mention zebra mussels. Glad they aren’t here.

Been a crazy wet year here too.  Over 13".  Almost 10% above our average and we had drizzles for 2 days straight.  I hate rain.

That sucks. Get well soon.  I ask everyone for a “sick report” when I get there. I need to know who to avoid.

Rainiest year in Richmond since 1889.  My 4,000 sq. ft. five-bay boat/RV storage project was significantly delayed and gravel parking lot completion is stalled indefinitely.  Ground water is less than a foot from the surface.  I think I'm approaching 300 tons of road sand and gravel.  And yes, that it geotextile fabric that we placed underneath the gravel.
Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here.  Very Extremely Stable Genius.

@Botch - more than 20 years ago in that notorious hard partying and drinking Australia the limit was 0.05.  The clubs were packed every weekend night and the parking lots still full the following AM.  Taxis were the true main-stream.
And road-side sobriety checks any time but especially from 10 PM-5AM.

Enjoying the ND beat-down and these Walkerswood jerk wangs (typical poor quality-it is dark out...):
It has been a few years since I enjoyed Walkerswood and it won't be so long for the next go-round.
Edit: I suppose I could have waited til inside to take a pic but then I would just have to wash the friggin photo prop dish.  ;)

That particular rye doesn't have much of a rye taste.  I wish it had more.

Nola, we get a great rye at the Dekalb farmers market here in ATL, can't find anything like it in stores. I'll have some for you when you stop by in April.

Unfreezing my lid. Left it uncovered while outta town. Doh!!! Used my old “golf club” by Guru to ignite through the lower vent. Currently at 150 and still stuck. Had to hit the screen a bit with the torch to get it to slide.
