I've seen bugles with caramel and chocolate, but never just chocolate. 

Hope the the cheese is good. Never tried this before, but I've got $13 bucks in the set up minus the eggs, of course, and about $25 in cheese. Not the end of the works if it sucks.

Leaving for Florida tomorrow and I am bringing smoked mashed potatoes. Normally cook these under the bird but I'm not doing the bird so threw a rack of pork up there so at least there's some animal drippings in them. Rad potatoes and parsnips pre boiled 30 minutes then added yellow onion, butter, ghee, and chicken stock and seasoned with Susie Qs. Got the Costco organic seasoning and cluck and squeal on the pork.

Send that to @RRP ... he'll be in seventh heaven milking it for years to come.  I couldn't even get in my new egg to check ... froze up tight as could be.  Hate those rains that turn to snow and ice.

@botch that's just the spider for the large inverted on some fire bricks with the MM grid on it. Cheese is on a pizza screen.

@theyolksonyou no worries. Mine's looked the same for about a year and a half. The new warrantied one is in the box in the garage whenever it finally falls apart.

@NPHuskerFL I have a woo for the mm, but that's the large spider legs down with the mm grid. Perfect fit. I'm going to have to take advantage of that for searing. The woo and stone were in the mm. Not sure I needed them, but temp was rack solid at 200 for the entire time.

@Jeremiah I'm not at all worried. My ring has been in2 pieces for a year, but @Jeepster47 has given me a hard time about my lack of cleaning in the past. He's a more OCD engineer than me. Either that, or his kids are grown and gone and mine are still at home.
