Got another Turkey on the large BGE running at about 200F for overnight. Took a long time to get it stabilized at that temp, but I was tweaking it for the experimental cook throughout the day.Cleaned up the kitchen.I'm gonna fire up the pellet smoker in the morning and put on a 22 pound turkey, 7 pound breast.Pro-tip on dirty martinis.... Will post the secret later. (sigh) ok, well it's anchovy stuffed olive juice. I have pics will post in the morning or whatever. Nite. Peace out.______________________________________________I love lamp..

Speaking of cash, when dealing with small-time contractors, I will ask for a quote on a job. Once that's in hand, I'll ask what would it be in all cash. With wives doing the books oftentimes, dudes need a way to squirrel some away for other, ummm, hobbies. Usually gets me at least 10% off.Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here. Very Extremely Stable Genius.
