  • Been listening to The Joe Rogan Experience podcast on Stitcher.  The two guests are Peter Boghossian and James Lindsay.  They're two professors who write bogus articles about bogus studies to see if they can get them published in Academic Journals.  By doing so. they intend to point out the total absurdity of academia and what our children are being exposed to at Universities.  Amazingly entertaining!!!
Spoiler:  One of the articles rewrote "Mein Kampf" substituting the word "Jew" with "White Male"........only got rejected because they wrote it from the perspective of a white lesbian who hated her whiteness and the review board said it "positioned her as a good white".

I’m pretty busy right now, but I’ll say more about this later.  For now, I’d just caution against throwing the entire academy in the trash based on a study performed over a period of a couple of months by a small group of its members.

I get a bonus night in Springfield, MO.  Any recommendations?   There’s a whole big BBQ restaurant right down the street from My hotel.  Maybe I’ll check that out.

Not at all their intent. You and @nolaegghead give it a listen and let me know what you think. I'd love to know your opinion.

@DoubleEgger - dang, a head-fake right there.  Every time I cook a pork tenderloin I recall your prowess with stuffing 'em and turning out great results.  But I get a mid-week basic (well seasoned) simple cook.  Enjoy.

I was lazy tonight. I got a late start as I was watching deer in the corn pile. It was basic. A quick brush over with EVOO, S&P, and Herbs d’Province.  Raised direct until 146F.  I saved the other larger tenderloin to be stuffed in a couple days. Thanks for the kind words.

Just got a text from my BGE dealer. Won't have the XL for about another week. The intEGGgrated nest/handler won't be in until then.

I only plan on loading the heavy SOB once

@theyolksonyou - tequila.  I was guided to Don Julio 70 when I couldn't find the 1942.  The 70 is around 45% of the price point and is around 90% of the smoothness of the 1942.  Definitely a good value. Does not need any supporting cast to enjoy.  FWIW-

Earlier today I recived a email from my local ABC Board telling me one bottle of Peerless KY straight rye was unclaimed.  I would be glad to pick it up for anyone that is interested .  I know nothing about this whisky but at $130 it's way out of my price range.
