A point of no return with the current seasoning on the Blackstone. No matter how much bacon I threw at it.
Shout out to @Spring Chicken for his Youtube video. The stone came in handy for the removing the initial grime. Mowed it down with 60 grit and finished with a 320. I wish I did this the first go around.
Hit it with some lard love late last night. A few more this morning. The back corners will see need some bacon attention.
The 36" Blackstone was requested for softball tailgating tomorrow. I could only imagine the horror and screams of my teammates if they saw a non-seasoned griddle!
