Only finding aluminum pots in the big box stores. Searching online right now for stainless... will check Restaurant Depot. Ideally would like to find a 30-60qt that's wider than it is taller.South of Nashville - BGE XL - Alfresco 42" ALXE - Alfresco Versa Burner - Sunbeam Microwave -

That is some bad luck. Possible some more calcium rich dishes needed in the menu?
All the best to those recovering.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

We had some folks over tonight. I really debated posting pic's cause my photo skills rivial a monkey with a typewriter. In any case I wanted to give a shout out to @bgebrent for the Korean meatballs for ABT'S. They were a huge hit! The beef plate ribs for an entree along with Cindys pineapple baked beans (also stolen from BB3) were well received .
Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.
