    Go Army Beat Navy!  Not sure what the deal is here, but I'd prefer a slap on the wrist and warning if these were first time offenders.  We've invested a **** ton of $$, time, energy into turning these dudes into bada$$ operators, and it doesn't do much good to send 'em packing.  Hope common sense wins out.

    I'm here to tell ya that everyone knew the rules: “We have a zero-tolerance policy for the use of illicit drugs and as such these individuals will be held accountable for their actions. We are confident in our drug testing procedures and will continue to impress on all members of the command that illicit drugs are incompatible with the SEAL ethos and Naval service.”  
    There is no room for the slippery slope here.  They understood this as did all submarine sailors in my previous life.  The adjudication was as simple as it was painful.  You can't compromise the program.  Too much at stake in the long-haul.  FWIW-
