Spicy Grilled Chicken Sammiches

Marinated the skinless boneless chicken thighs in Allegro Hot n Spicy, then grilled them up. Took those off the egg and dusted them down with Spicy Cajun Seasoning. Then assembled the sandwiches. French Bread with Mayo, Chicken, sautéed Peppers and Onions, and Pepperjack Cheese. Then grilled the sandwiches for a nice texture. My wife loved these. Oh yeah, I added in a couple splashes of Balsalmic Vinegar while sautéing the Peppers and Onions. It gives them some umph.

Nice! Do you ever keep them whole? I murder them with a Jaccard and then marinate. Melts in your mouth.

Thx! I keep them whole sometimes. I was in the mood for a Philly cheesesteak style of chicken sandwich this time though. I do need to get a meat jaccard... Maybe I'll ask for one for Christmas!

Even your sandwiches embarrass me. Damn

Yes!When I'm not Eggin', I'm scootin' Eggin' and 'cueing from Temecula Ca; an hour from San Diego, an hour and five minutes from Palm Springs, and an hour and a half from Los Angeles (yeah, right. With THAT traffic?)

Oh my God, after seeing this post months ago, and hunting high and low for the Hot & Spicy, I finally made this and it has to be one of the best sandwiches I have ever ate. Thanks
