Found out I was cooking pp for Baby Girl's sisters...last night. Two 7.5 lb butts...on at 10, 275 till 3 and wrapped. 5 o'clock and and I was way behind so I pulled, halved and wrapped. Great pork by 7 with time to spare. Butts are as forgiving as democrats on a Clinton sex scandal.

pulled pork is always a hit - especially for a large crowd like that.  it's my go-to for tailgates, my sons' little league and flag football team parties and even for buddies who call me with advice on feeding a large (20 plus) group.

you can't go wrong with pulled pork and it's a heck of a lot better than burgers and dogs.

with some advance planning, you can get pulled pork for a good group and yes, it is extremely forgiving, all that fat keeps it nice and moist!   way to come through in a clutch.  feeding college students with food that is actually good is a surefire memory those gals will have forever.

Nice...I'm sure it was enjoyed by all. Pulled pork is much easier and way better than anything that someone could whip up for that many people.
