For Real, someone is really reading ""flaged"" posts. Hell, I flagged everyone of VI's posts. Thought they were toys for our amusement.

I thought the very same thing. I did not think the flag had any significance at all.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out.

So, now we know that @Mickey ran off VI.

    Not that it's a surprise.

My best guess is that the mods probably check them out periodically, but most of the flagged posts aren't actually ones that should be flagged.  So most of the time nothing happens, as it should.

:-O It's difficult to believe that anyone is surprised that this board - and boards like it - is actively moderated.

This business' board is a business effort launched by a business.

It is not a church activity intended to unite reformed sinners nor is it a charity organization's effort to provide Eggs to freeway underpasses.  :))

This is simply a business' activity and any business that doesn't monitor its activities isn't worth its weight in re-branded, up-priced lump.   :|   It may only be cursory, but moderation is to be expected from any company that is to respected.

They've created a place for people who enjoy their products and service.  They have done so for a reason.  Though many may become friends via the BGE web site, BGE is not a friend.  It is a business.

I am not knocking BGE. :)>-    We enjoy our LBGE and appreciate the warranty that comes with it.  I also enjoy this and other Egg-related boards.

I am merely making casual note of facts that may inform perspective.

    B-)
