Go BRAVES!!! Wait, that was in the 90's. Damn I miss my Braves winning. @Proser I love Ned and wish he was still with the Braves. Therefore, I'm going with KC in 6

Looks like the Giants may win the first game, but the have used their best pitcher tonight. I'm not making any predictions, because anything can happen. We will see what happens tomorrow. GO ROYALS!XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.

@cazzy that is true but the KC pitchers struggled pretty bad last night too.

good for KC. Yost beat Bochy this time. Very low marks for Fox and Rosenthal for those post game interview questions, trying to stir the pot and create controversy.Love you bro!

On the field, over the stadium PA he asked Perez and then Cain about the little shouting match with Strickland and tried to make something of it.Love you bro!

Wow, this guy has had a premium behind the plate seat for every game so far. He's on his phone almost the entire time too.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ.... -
Regardless of what happens in game 6 and 7, I'm happy to say that I saw what Bum did in game 1 and 5. Dude is nuts and was just as dominant when I saw his first World Series win in person.
Things should get interesting in KC, especially since the DH will be back in place. They really need to kill the DH at some point. Baseball is just more fun to watch when there are all the pinch hits and double switches.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ.... -
Phillies fan for obvious reasons. Was looking forward to a Royals WS win, but it's looking like it might not happen.@cazzy - I agree about the DH.Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"

IMO, the only way it works is if they commit to do the same in collegiate and amateur levels. Then these pitchers won't look like Herrera did Friday night. Hitting is the best part of baseball and it would be cool to see some pitchers have fun with it. While not dominant, it was always cool to see how much fun Bronson Arroyo had in the batters box.fence0407 said:Phillies fan for obvious reasons. Let me know when the world series is on. I need a good nap.

@fence0407 Shocked to see you agree with Lit but I guess I get it. I'd much rather play than watch. I actually only watch in October, but mainly just the chip.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

@cazzy - I agree 100%. I always wanted to hit when I played ball, but we had a DH who was better (obviously). I feel like its the way baseball should be played.@Lit - I've watched a total of 1 baseball game all season (I watched part of game 1 and part of game 5). To me, it's a boring sport to watch, having played it - but I usually try to watch some of the WS.Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"

I loved to play growing up and would love to get on a coed league or something but its hard to watch now. I grew up in South Florida so I used to go to alot of spring training games in St Lucie, Vero Beach, Palm beach and loved it. Last Braves game we went to here in Atl we made it into the game in the 7th inning and thats only cause the keg ran out.
-
@Lit - last braves game I went to in person was sometime in 2013. For some reason the hometown fans don't appreciate my Phillies attire :-? - until I tell them that the Phillies paid my bills for a short time \:D/Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"

I love how the Little League acting Royals were so giddy after going ahead 4-1 in game four. They ain't acting so happy now, are they? Giants in 6And those bandwagon fans can go back into hibernation. Midway through the season the Royal players were complaining about not getting any support.
-
I'm confused @Lit and @fence0407
Do you like baseball or not like baseball? Sounds like you used to like it, or liked playing as a kid, but now you just sound disappointed with it.
Love you bro! -
I have nothing but respect for the way the Royals have played. Both on the field and their demeanor throughout. How the heck do you expect them to act? They're a very young team and were ahead in a game. The Royals will be competing for many years.chipman said:I love how the Little League acting Royals were so giddy after going ahead 4-1 in game four. They ain't acting so happy now, are they?
