I'm finally on the forum, been reading/learning everything I can from everyone and so far I haven't had a bad cook. I bought my LBGE last May and my better half told me I better use it or else. I've been obsessed ever since. Can't get enough of cooking on my BGE. I've spent way too much on stuff for the egg. Just did a couple tenderloin steaks with baked potatoes. Used Dales for a marinade and some rub from St John island in the Caribbean. Everything comes out better on the egg.

Welcome. I too am a newbie to this. Been cooking for the last two months on it and loving every minute of it.
